BOPS Auto-baric thermoforming machine is a high-efficiency, and auto baric thermoforming equipment, which we adopted the newest international techniques. It can accomplish sheet supplying, heating, forming and incising automatically in 3-5 seconds.

The machine is used to matching BOPS, PVC, HIPS, PET and other plastic sheets.

By integrating engine, electricity and gas, it has three options: manual, half-auto and auto which are controlled by PLC.

 In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine, all the baric and electric components .we adopt are made in some well-known Japanese and German companies.

 The heating board is made of high-grade alloy steel from Switzerland. It is made by specialized quenching technique and can endure 63 degree of rigidity test and permanent use .

The well-designed auto preheating function shortens an hour’s assisting time so that production speed is improved by 12%.

Usage:
